Hot Stamping Foil (Metallic)
(A) RS6 - Type
Its main characteristics are easy release and cutting sharpness. It is mainly used for ink coated paper (labels)
(B) RS7 - Type
Popularly known as yellow back. It is a multi grade product. It is suitable for coated or uncoated paper, UV coated paper, PVC, leather polyester, glass, acrylic sheet, ABS, PS, PE and wood.
(C) R777 - Type
Fully transfer, high temperature range and excellent adhesion strength with plastic are the main characteristics of this grade. It is mainly used for clock frames and UV paper.
(D) REI - Type
Rasik REI type is world famous stamping foil, developed for high speed stamping machines. The cutting sharpness and brightness of the product are very fine. It is suitable for paper, UV paper, PVC, BOPP, Polyester and coated wood.
(E) RER - Type
This is our economic grade stamping foil, popularly known as blue or pink back. It is mainly used for coated or uncoated paper.
(F) PS - Type
Bright, extra cutting, fine printing and high adhesion strength with plastic are the main characteristics of this grade. This is mainly developed for matt, BOPP and PVC laminated board surfaces. It is also suitable for all types of Paper, Polyester, ABS, PE and PS.
(G) OS - Type
Economic Grade Foil Which is suitable for paper.
(H) Reverse Foil
Full transferable on PVC and plastic; available in Silver & Gold colours
Colours: G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6, G7, G8, G46, G47, G48 (Matt Gold)
Red, Blue, Black, Pink, Green, Silver and Moon Gold
Temperature: 800C - 1500C
Size: 25mm to 40 inches in Roll Form.
